Pedro has extensive experience in capital markets, M & A, corporate law, commercial contracts and privatization processes. He is also specialized in advising start-ups and Venture Capitals in investment rounds. He also a professor at ESADE, director of the Master's Degree in Corporate Finance & Law at ESADE and professor of Law at the Complutense University of Madrid, as well as at various master's degrees taught by institutions such as ICADE and the Adolfo Ibáñez University in Miami.
