Our website is currently the largest booking website for outdoors unique and luxurious accommodations around the world. With a fresh round of Fundraising, Glamping Hub is excited to be hiring for the next growth stage of the company. Due to the boom in the Glamping market, we are eager to dedicate resources for our diverse team. We are looking for a full-time HR role to guide and manage the full team culturally and professionally. The ideal candidate will be someone passionate about people and comfortable in a high growth environment. This will be based in our Sevilla HQ but of course, adapting to the new demands of remote work.

Responsibilities

∙ Driving culture, diversity and professional growth at Glamping Hub;
∙ Providing the best employee experience as well as assisting with hiring top talent;
∙ Making sure our core values are implemented and linked to the company culture and strategy;
∙ Monitoring employee’s performance and engagement through the implementation of a performance assessment system and the definition of the employee’s career path;
∙ Working closely with Operations as a strategic partner to define, monitor and review quarterly OKRs for the team;
∙ You will help the team to keep focused and productive by helping them to prioritize and anticipate risks and issues. Ensuring any skill gaps are addressed and helping the team grow;
∙ Office management – Bring excellence and consistently think of new ideas on how to make our office reflects the brand and culture identity, more adapted and flexible to the new circumstances and to future growth;
∙ Fully own and execute an H&S strategy across all our offices and remote teams ensuring compliance is met;
∙ Drive and execute all company events and team-building activities;
∙ Definition and implementation of the remote work policy.

Desired Skills/Qualifications

∙ 3+ years in culture, diversity and HR;
∙ An understanding of the business functioning and goals of the organization;
∙ Strong ability to keep distance and remain objective;
∙ Ability to problem-solve, adapt, and act in a flexible and agile way as we build the organisation;
∙ People analytics-focused to make data-driven strategic decisions;
∙ Demonstrated people leadership experience, with a track record of building and leading diverse teams;
∙ Very strong communication and influencing skills with the ability to effectively convey messages to different leaders and ensure team members understand policies and internal accountabilities;
∙ Engaging, empathetic and trustworthy; able to articulate ideas, concepts and learning in a compelling and inspirational way;
∙ Proactivity – always on top of things, able to foresee future bottlenecks and obstacles;
∙ An attitude of a self-starter, hands-on, able to draft, build and implement processes from scratch without much hand-holding;
∙ Ability to easily communicate with a variety of stakeholders in English and Spanish.
